Quality of work is of the utmost importance to us and we believe in doing the job right the first time. This applies to all jobs, regardless of their particular size. Whether we are building a custom house from the ground up or replacing a few shingles that blew off in a storm, we approach every job the same. Our customers’ satisfaction is ultimately the most important aspect of our work and we strive to attain that satisfaction on each and every job. With customer service as our top priority, we “Marry” each and every job that we take on. We don’t simply complete the job, take your check and disappear. Once we complete a job, regardless of scope or size, you will definitely hear from us again. It may just be a simple occasional phone call to ask if you have any problems or concerns or it may be a periodic inspection of the work that we performed. Every job that we complete is placed in our database. For example, if we put a new roof on your house, once a year our system will remind us to stop by and inspect your roof. You may or may not know we were there, but the inspection will be performed once per year. Our objective is to provide quality work at a fair price in a timely manner. |
